Rafter P is a kind of company I am happy to put my backing behind. Though our process wasn't without problems, they were good to resolve any of my concerns in a timely manner. We are happy with the work and are thrilled to be enjoying our beautiful new front porch on a regular basis!” (5/5 rating) Heather P., Yelp: “My family and I first had the pleasure of starting a relationship with Rafter P Construction in 2013. After researching numerous custom home barndo builders, we decided to schedule a meeting with the owner. As anyone who has ever gone through the home building process before knows, it is not for the weak - especially when it is custom. From initial design to completion and move in, we were beyond pleased with Rafter P. They were completely transparent throughout the build and offered top-notch customer service through every stage. In the event that any questions or problems arose, we were consistently met with timely answers and solutions.” (5/5 rating) RachelM Jayy, Google review: “I called to get a consult on a one-car garage, 1,000 sq ft living space home. A conversation that did not last 10 minutes, I was given an estimate of $380k - $400k for this house. That is $235 - $250/sq ft roughly. I called a general contractor in the area and he was blown away by that price. I am assuming this company goes over, above, and beyond for the houses they build. If you are in the middle-class then this builder will not be for you. I would revise their description as "luxury" custom home builder.” (3/5 rating) Pros Detailed floor plans and virtual walkthroughs available In-house design and some in-house construction High customer satisfaction Cons Customer complaints include too-high quotes No details about construction material/manufacturing available No financing assistance Website: https://rafterpconstruction.com/
